It's also about preparation - for your next visit. Combined with giving confidence - it's our role to be sure there are no surprises when you open your front door. fundamentally it's about trust...

Many property managers seek to grow their client base so far they leave themselves insufficient time to look after the clients they have. That’s why we only work with a relatively small group of clients at any one time to be able to give each the attention they require.

If we think there is a problem we will try to offer you (more than one) potential solutions so you can decide how you want to proceed. We'll be sure that even from a distance, you have a clear line of sight for anything we believe might be a risk or issue now and in the future. Just as if it were our own home.

We only take on properties which we're confident we can attend within 30 - 45 minutes in case of an emergency.  We think that's important for your peace of mind.

About us

Prior to moving to France, I was in a number of senior human resources roles across several industries before moving into consultancy. I enjoyed my corporate life but wanted to create a more balanced life for ourselves.

My wife Kirstie and I moved to France in 2018 and my life now could not be any more different (in a good way!). Among other things Kirstie is an Interior Stylist and Trained Chef - could be useful for you in the future perhaps!

Owning a large property in Montreal du Gers www.lepelot.com I have had to do all of the things I now help other people with, ranging from maintaining an old stone house, managing small development projects, taming gardens, ensuring swimming pools are clean and ready for use and welcoming guests and providing further services to them.
