Our Food

We have always been inspired by cooking with fresh ingredients and we have not been disappointed by the quality of food we have in the Gers. We visit local markets at Montréal, Nérac, and Éauze to see what is fresh and in season and welcome you joining us. 

Our cuisine is inspired by the Terroir Gascon and we specialise in presenting large platters of delicious food that fuels friendship and sharing. Our farmhouse is a true home away from home and we prepare a set menu for each meal and we will join you to eat whenever we can. If you have any dietary requirements please let us know ahead of time and we will do our very best to accommodate them.

We serve good local table wines with the evening meal (included in the cost of your programme) but if you prefer we are happy to visit local domaines where you can pick up amazingly good wines at very reasonable prices.
